EUC beautiful dress in perfect condition and has lots of life left. Some of these styles are coming back from the 80's. This was always dry cleaned even though its washable. The pleating is so beautiful you dont see that today. The buttons off to the side give it a nice detail. It has one button closure on back of neck. Believe it or not there are no shoulder pads or ever was. Black heels and and matching green or black purse you are set to go!!

heidizme @fabfinds30 armpit to armpit 20" Sleve length 14" Waist is where elastic is goes from 14-19 Hips just above the pleats 20" Length of dress should to bottom 45" The upper part is that blouse effect thus why the bust is big you can see as it lays on the mannequin. Lmk if u need any other info😊💜
