HTF Afternoon by the Sea (2012) smocked sundress with adjustable shoulder ties. + Janie and Jack Hat from Vintage Bloom line. Also 2012. This one is going to be hard to let go!! Hat is VHTF went with a ton of other vintage Janie & Jack outfits. As seen in the pics it has a few creases across the top.
