VINTAGE: Jill Empress | handmade beaded small clutch. A black beaded clutch handmade in Japan from Jill Empress. The clutch has two flowers made of bugle beads set amidst seed beads on the front and one in the bugle bead flower in the back. The clutch is accessed by a silver snap closure under the front flap, and opens to reveal a full satin-lined open compartment and one small open pocket sewn into the side. The inside of the clutch has a label that reads "Jill-Empress Guaranteed Handmade Japan" and the clutch measures 8" long and 4" tall. Very good, used condition.
