VINTAGE LADY BLAIR 70's Ensemble (dress, Cardigan, Belt).. A true original totally classic bright colorful 70s look. Floor length tank style dress with a cover up and match belt. No size tag. No material tag. So I’m guessing on those to the best of my ability. Would be a great outfit with the right earrings and shoes. Fabric is stretchy. Measurements for tank dress: (laying flat) Pit to pit 19 inches Waist 16 inches Length: 59 inches.
