VINTAGE LBD with Beading on Straps and Hem

There is no designer or size or tag in this dress. I bought this from a vintage shop in London a few years back. Fits like a size 6. It had clear and back beading along the straps and tiered hem. From the empire waist to the bottom of the hem measures 20 inches.
