VINTAGE Laundry by Shelli Segal Y2K Cropped SHRUG Sleeves Only Cardigan SWEATER

This is a unique cropped shrug (sleeves only) vintage Y2K cardigan by SHELLI SEGAL size Small. No tags, but this is a medium-weight knit in black. Item slips on over the arms and shoulders. Approximate measurements are 34” underarm to underarm, 18” in sleeve length, 8” in length. Item sold in gently-used condition. I am offering at a lower prices there is a small area of about a third of an inch at right side seam where item is coming undone at seam and needs to be restitched. This is a minor repair. Item sold as-is and final sale for this reason.
