Armhole vents. Generously sized for a vintage jacket. Excellent, VINTAGE condition, with one area next to bottom zipper where PVC is coming away from fabric, and a few white marks and spots throughout. Please see all pics!

Have you worn this before in pouring rain for a good length of time to know it works. I'm moving to Seattle and will be walking in the city in the rain a lot I think.
