Gorgeous full length cocktail dress by the best of upscale 1960/1970s chic and innovative fashion, Malcolm Starr. This dress has the tag of the department store from which it was purchased, along with its Malcolm Starr tag. Dress is black fabric covered by black lace and floral appliqué, and if fully lined underneath. The top has wide straps with scoop neckline and waist is accented with heavy tuck.
