VINTAGE Nanette Lepore Silk Ikat Dress

Gorgeous vintage Nanette Lepore 100% silk spaghetti-strap Ikat print dress. Back zip. Lined. Dry clean only. Straps are elastic and adjustable. Tag size is 4, fits more like a 2. After much research, I cannot find this same tag design online, so I can only assume this is a very early design by Nanette. Very good vintage condition, the colors are rich, and the fabric luxe.
