VINTAGE PLEATED SKIRT embroidery S

This looks black in some of these pictures, but it's actually super-dark blue. Red and white embroidery around the hem. This seems like it might be handmade, so there is no fabric content tag in this. It might be wool or wool-blend. Side button closure. I actually slipped this on over my head, since I couldn't quite pull it over my bum :) Waist measures 28.5", just a hair under 22" long. True vintage from the 1960's. (O8)
