True vintage black velvet with SHOULDER PADS (easily cut off, but why would you? How dare you?) Deep V neckline and ruched waist with a sexy slit up the side. By Robbie Bee. I’d guess 80’s or 90’s but I could be totally wrong. Actually/truly a petite dress including sleeves and torso. I’m 4’11” and it’s just a little long. Past 5’5” this may not fit as well.
