Incredible vintage (70s-80s era) button down long puffy sleeve blouse. Buttoned cuffs, gathering at shoulders and across back with a Peter Pan collar. Blue & tan plaid with subtle gold thread throughout. (Please note: there is a small gathering of thread at one of the shoulders that occurred at the time the item was manufactured.
