olapowell123 @thriftyminded absolutely it's 21 inches across the back in the ptp region it's pleated in the back so the pleats expand when worn on either side and it can be worn open or closed with the belt that is attached. the shawl collar really takes it up a notch too. light weight great for trans seasonal weather
