VINTAGE RUTH 1970’s Tooled Leather Cuff Bracelet

1970’s tooled & hand-painted leather RUTH cuff bracelet with gold metal snap closure for the PETITE wrist! Tooled leather cuff bracelet comes in a burnt orange-y brown color with Kelley green daisies. The strap enlarges towards the center into an oval to encircle the name & straightens towards the snap closure. USA MADE. The cuff is 7 1/8 inches long from end to end. When closed, the bracelet has a 2 inch diameter opening. The widest point of the bracelet is 1 inch wide. EXCELLENT CONDITION.
