VINTAGE Red/black cardigan, black tank, and belt

Shirred, puffy, short sleeve, red & black striped cardigan, w/ attached black long tank, AND wrap around belt you can use for other outfits. I've seriously had this a long while, and forgot all about it. Bought it from a consignment shop back in Dallas, TX. I'd never heard of this brand, and after doing some searching, they don't make stylish clothes anymore, mostly scrubs now. And, I wish I had given it some wear, but I'm sure you'll like it.
