VINTAGE S.L. Fashions Dress With Tags!

Mint condition, never worn, still with tags. Straight out of Stranger Things, this is an 80s dream. Skirt measures 31" from waist to hem. Vintage size 12 is a modern size 8-10. Waist is elastic, so the belt measurement is a more accurate reflection of size, please see photos. The belt is adjustable with three sizes. There is one small discoloration on the collar, shown in photos. It is barely visible.
