NWOT - GORGEOUS! Very Lucy Ricardo! Bought on Amazon; never worn. Sheer navy polyester overlay with black polka dots. Flounce sleeve. High waisted. Full skirt. Solid black cotton underlayment. Pointed collar; covered front buttons; side zip. Measurements: 21.5” inches armpit to armpit 37” inch waist 9” inch sleeve 39” inches total length Tag is 4X , but I ordered larger. I wear a size 16 dress to give you an idea of fit.
