It does not have a fabric tag but feels and smells like Wool to me - so I am going to call it wool. May not be; but pretty sure it is. Has a zipper hook closure on the side; GORGEOUS applique detailing work all over. Now for the sizing info - this skirt is SMALL. IT IS VINTAGE. The tag says size 12 but it is from the 1960's. I have a CURRENT Banana Republic Skirt I am listing at the same time with the SAME WAIST and it is sold as a size "0" so....I am calling this an XS and please check the measurements. NO STRETCH!
