If you are referring to the coloring near the bottom of tinkerbell's feet.. You are mistaken.. That is silvery/glittery coloring that is not able to be captured by the camera very well

It IS used.. It IS faded.. I dont think too much, or else I wouldnt sell it Lol, ya know?
Everything is still vibrant except for the city in the background. But Tink is fully noticeable (Even the pompom on her slipper)
