High neck with structured puffy princess sleeves and a deep V low back with a large reg bow. Midi length and V basque waist. Zip back closure with snap to remove and attach bow for zipper access. Padded bra inserts. Gorgeous deep red velvet has NO stretch and has some pressed areas in skirt (pictured) that may be removed with steaming but was not attempted. ILGWU labor union tag size is 14 but fits like a modern 10. Mannequin waist is set to 32" and zip does not close all the way, best for a 30" or smaller. Chest best for C cup or smaller. Pit to pit: 20 inches Length: 48 inches May have signs of vintage wear such as slight fraying on inside seams. This is a quality piece, just check your sizing and know this is not like modern clothing.
