Beautiful vintage skirt in yummy black velvet, by Valentino. Skirt is lined and buttons up the front. Belt loops, too. It is in great vintage condition with a slight fabric imperfection ( see pic ). Marked a size 12, it measures 25" long and waist is 14" laying flat. Seems to be more like a 6 than a 12. No holes or vintage smells 😊 Great piece! Please ask any questions before purchase

jacobsoc If it's 14# laying flat do you think it's roughly 28 inches around? I have a 28 inch waist and am trying to figure if this would fit.
