Vintage Talbott black velvet handbag with clasp. The clasp holds tight and is gold-tone. Velvet is in excellent condition and soft. The inside lining is stripped black and cream color. Inside tag label reads, "Designed and made by Talbott ". Handbag measures 9-1/2" tall and 8-1/2" wide at the bottom.
