VINTAGE VENEZIA VITALE BLACK KNIT DRESS WOMENS SZ 22 24 26 UPGRADED!

This incredible vintage black knit dress is by Venezia Vitale, the brand that Lane Bryant carried in the 1980’s & early 1990’s. It’s a very figure flattering style, as the thick knit hides all your bumps, the large collar draws the eye up, & the buttons & maxi length draw the eye down for an elongated shape! Purchased for working in NYC, it had boring, black buttons. My grandmother was a seamstress in the mid century & she had these fabulous plastic knot rhinestone embellished buttons in her sewing cabinet that were screaming to jump onto this dress, so we changed them out! Over years, two rhinestones have fallen out, but it’s not too noticeable, please view pics. The existing tag has a red marking, as back then, when stores discounted a piece, they would mark the tag, & not mark the sales ticket. Tags were heat surged so they wouldn’t fray, & that made them scratchy, so I’m sure I removed the size tag, sorry! Anyway… This beauty is cotton, might have a smidge of polyester in her, & she’s in EVC with no rips or tears, & is still jet black. There’s shoulder pads for that extra lift, a split fold skirt that expands if more hip room is needed, & she’s incredibly comfy! She’s goth, emo, dressy or casual, perfect for anyone! The measurements are equivalent to anything from a size 22, to 24, to a 26, so please use flat measurements carefully to ensure a great fit! Flat measurements: Chest pit to pit - 28” Waist - 24-1/2” Length - 52” Top to waist - 18-1/2” Waist to hem - 33-1/2”
