Vintage Wooden Hanger - Abbey Hotel was located at 151 West 51st St. - New York City (51st St. & 7th Ave.) Abbey Hotel was built in 1927 and merged with the Victoria Hotel in 1966 existing until it was torn down in 1982. Hotel accommodated 1000 guests – 23 stories, modern rooms and suites, television in every room, located in Radio City and Rockefeller Center area, home of the famous Stockholm Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge This hanger is probably from the early to mid 60s. Very nice condition given its age. Approximate Dimensions: 17" long x 8.25" high This vintage collectible hanger would make a wonderful conversation piece, accent decor or as a functional hanger!
