Did you notice that the size 44 conversion is really a 12 not 10 in American size? Sorry. Waist is about 32"/hips 36-38". The bias cut allows for some "give"/perfect fit every time. Also, I did some research on Chester Weinberg. He was quite influential & has an impressive pedigree in haute couture. Own this piece of history! Come back to my closet soon & often.
