VINTAGE Y2K 00s Rainbow Candyland Tutu Party Dress by Cire Sz 6 VFG

This is the most amazing vintage Y2K/2000's formal party dress made by "Cire, a Division of Landa". It is made of 3 layers of rainbow "popsicle" tulle with a light-yellow satin lining. The bodice is strapless and fully boned like a bustier and is embellished with colorful gems and beading. It features a sweetheart neckline and a fitted waist. The sweep is mini length, and the tulle hem is edged with stiffeners that make it curl and stand out very full like a tutu. This is a Candyland dream dress that was discontinued by the maker many years ago and retailed for $300!
