Stunning Vintage Y2K or 90s (or maybe 80s!) Precious Moments for Neiman Marcus Sheath Dress. Rainbow Beaded This amazing dress is blue silk covered in beads with rainbow accents. Lined. Shoulder pads, short sleeves, back kick pleat. Feels amazing and looks even better in person! Perfect for any event where you want to add some vintage flair. No size tags but fits my medium mannequin perfectly. For reference, my mannequin is a medium, size 6-8, 34” bust, 26” waist, 35” hip. See photos for measurements. In gently preowned condition with few signs of wear. No major flaws noted. There is probably a loose bead or two but overall this is in exceptional condition for a vintage silk dress!
