VINTAGE Y2K Velvet Tank

Vintage velvet tank top/sleeveless shirt by YL by Yair, purchased from Lord and Taylor. Please see close up picture. The border around the top is velvet as well as the detailed patterned on the blouse. Straps are adjustable and top features a zipper in the back. Marked a size 8 but I am an 8-12 in tops (depending on brand) and this fits me. Measurements can be provided for serious buyers.
