VINTAGE bright blue silk rose print pencil skirt

Beautiful rose print on this 100% silk (100% polyester lining) vintage skirt. Bright, bold blue color. So chic for work with a button down or with a chunky grey/black/white sweater. The silk also lets off a bit of a sheen/shimmer so it can also work for something more dressy like a holiday party. Gained some weight so I haven't been able to wear it much anymore. Size says 4P but fits like a 4/6. Laying flat: 14" waist, 22.5" long, 6" slit in back. Zip and clasp in the center back waist.
