VINTAGE button down blouse

I think this piece probably came from a two-piece set, which I unfortunately don’t have the other half of. But it was too adorable to pass up! This is the iconic 80s businesswoman look. The plaid, shell buttons, shoulder pads. This top can be worn on its own or paired with a tank and worn unbuttoned. Size 8 on the tag, but fits like a small.
