Vintage Leslie Fay black wool blend skirt. Marked as size 12P, fits more like a 6P with a 30” waist. Charming double front closure uses buttons on both sides - no zippers to get snagged and more accessible! Best part - there are pockets on each side where the garment closes! (They are shallow and open to the inside - probably not good for storing your phone on a walk but definitely see enough to stick your phone or keys when you need your hands for a minute, checkbook in pocket for scale)
