VINTAGE embroidered iridescent bomber jacket

Beautiful turquoise embroidered bomber jacket with a bit of shimmer. Im not sure if this is 90’s or 00’s. From my research I learned the brand started in 1993 in Florida and is sold only in Boutiques. Excellent condition. The only sign of wear is on the tag. I couldn’t find any flaws.
