VINTAGE handmade blouse

Got this a while back at a thrift store. Never wore it personally. Would fit a small, relaxed. Buttons, collar, and little faux pockets at the waist! So cute. It’s like a brown mustard color Definitely discolored due to time and possibly light. Selling as is.
