VINTAGE navy velvet dress with gold accent, light tulle

I am SO in love with this dress and heartbroken to pass it on. This VINTAGE navy velvet dress with gold accent is perfect for a night out to the ballet. It has light tulle in the skirt and satin lining. Please note discoloration on the inside— this was present when I purchased this dress as vintage. Runs on the “9” size, not 10. Truly beautiful dress! Secretly hoping nobody snags this so that I can justify keeping it :D
