VINTAGE parrot house dress / sundress

A rare and super vintage dress with parrot and stripes. Has pockets. Square neck. Lovely yoke. The detail on parrot appliqué is amazing. Pit to pit is 20”. The sleeves do have elastic on arm holes to create a puffy look. Simply too adorable to wear inside. Wear in cooler months w boots and a long cardigan or denim jacket.
