VINTAGE powder blue 70s Disco Dress

This 1970s disco dress is made of a gorgeous shiny powder blue fabric! It ties at the waist, with billowy sleeves and a wide neckline. Hits about mid-calf. It's in excellent vintage condition with a few tiny spots of discoloration (see photos). Listed as size 5 but fits like a Small.
