VINTAGE-FOREVER 21-Good Quality-L

Back when Forever 21 was first established, they did make some good quality pieces to keep in your closet. They had rooms dedicated to styles, colors, even fashion genres-global, etc. This was one of the items I kept. Fitted in the waist to hips, then flares out into a patchwork sewn handkerchief hem. Combined with wool, poly, and acrylic, this is a strong skirt. Black with grey plaid, a wonderful fall piece to make a statement with.
