VINTAGE High Waisted Shorts

Very Vintage 1980's high waisted pleated shorts. Very princess Diana, very Heathers, very cinched, Very high waisted! These at some point were tailored to some lovely lady in the 80s and are not true to their tagged size. I have provided measurements below.
