Size Large Silk top Design of the print is a truly unique work of art Gray with ivory paint splatter design Pit to put 22” Virginia Johnson is a clothing designer and artist, and the founder of an eponymous collection of caftans, tunics and scarves. After studying Art History at Queen’s University, she moved to New York to study fashion design at Parsons. One of her first jobs was a design assistant at Helmut Lang, at his new Greene Street headquarters, where she worked on his first shoe and bag collections with Prada. Shortly thereafter, she illustrated Kate Spade’s stationery line and etiquette books, before launching her own collection of printed caftans in 2001. Virginia’s scarves, caftans, and tunics have been sold at stores around the world such as Barneys, Liberty's, Holt Renfrew, J.Crew and Anthropologie. Her designs are part of the permanent collections of the Textile Department at the Royal Ontario Museum.
