VIS A VIS neutral stripe linen sleeveless top, size 3 or Medium

Vis A Vis is a small upscale high end designer from Seoul, Korea. This piece is extremely high quality. It’s a beautiful linen neutral top. Pit to pit measures 22 inches. Length is 28 inches long. I’m not sure what the P with a circle around it means. Cause this is NOT petite since it does measure 28 inches. It is a size 3. From their website a 3 is equivalent to a size medium. I would say that this would be a generous medium meant to be worn relaxed.
