These are a really nice pair of women's slacks. Visual F/X, size 2X. They were made in the U.S.A., and are 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The actual flat measurements are: side seam to side seam at the waist is 20", and the waistband itself is 2 3/4" tall. The measurement going from the waist down to the bottom of the leg is 31 1/2", and the inseam is 20 1/2". The opening at the bottom of the leg measures 25 1/2" across.
