There is no size or fabric content on the tag. It feels like it is most likely cotton. Based on the measurements, this would be around a large. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side. Shoulders 16.5" arm pit to pit 20" Hips 21" length 42" . The belt is 32". The dress is clean and free of holes.
