Length is 25 from top of waistband to bottom . And waist is 15" across when on the loosest button setting. It can be made smaller by wearing on a tighter button setting. It is a very soft medium wale corduroy

it doesn't say. i have taken a photo of all the labels. it feels like cotton to me but I am not sure. it is vintage for sure. so I imagine it would be cotton
