-Size: Small -Brand: Rue21 -My waist is 27 and it fits me perfectly -My bust is 34B and it fits pretty loosely, but I safety-pin the top together and it holds well -Has two strands on the side of the dress that you can tie into a cute bow on the side, or tie it around your waist to fit better -The dress has one layer laying diagonally across the other so it covers pretty well -I am 5'6 and it comes a few inches above my knees
