V-Neck Lucy Lucy Love Dress

When I have worn this dress, it definitely gave me some elf feelings. It's blue green black and white and it has a belt that is braided and at the end of the belt are leaves. It's a size small and is made by Lucy Lucy Love. The top fabric and the liner are both made of a sheer fabric together They are not as see-through as they are alone. I'm about 5'5" and the dress is a little too short for me to wear.
