dcnativegirl Love your exercise gear but I can't justify purchasing. I just don't hold myself to my daily or weekly goals. Do you manage to get exercise in regularly?

cody7150 @dcnativegirl I do. Initially, classes worked to get me into a groove of doing it regularly--forcing me to make time. Then, I found that I could 'trust' myself to work out on my own. I try to go to the gym 3x/week sometimes, more. On the off days, I use the elliptical at home. The trick is to carve the time out like it's an appointment or something else. For me, my best time, is in the am--luckily, the gym I belong to makes it possible for members to have access 24/7 although only members are aware of that. So, some days (like when I am working) I'm at the gym at 5:00am--crazy huh?!

cody7150 @dcnativegirl I also will reward myself for going to the gym (minimum 3x week) regularly each month with allowing myself to get a fun new exercise outfit---sometimes, that is what motivates me to not put off hitting the gym until later in the day....knowing that I've got this awesome streak of going...
