I called this my Bettie Boop dress, love loved it! But it hasn't seen the light of day in a while and it deserves to! Burgundy with black polka dots, mock turtle with 3 button closure over keyhole opening. Three quarter sleeves. Slim fit with nice stretch to the material, empire waist with fixed wooden buckle.
