lloyd805 @autieaustrich Hi! This dress has quite a bit of stretch, including the elastic tape at right below and right above the breast line. The measurement, under bust (relaxed)is 29”. It comfortably stretches to 34+”. The length from the top of bust is 42”, with a longer line in the back of about 44”. Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions 🙏
