Victoria’s Secret Moda International brand, cute one shoulder cocktail dress is nice & slinky, very sexy for dates. Front has a bust enhancing twist, is held up with a silicone band around the top. Is fully lined. Measurements lying flat: shoulder to hem: 36”, waist: 16”, bust: 17.5” (likely larger more-difficult to measure due to knit of fabric).
