They run tts and should stick to that to prevent leaks. These didn't work for me because the built in area kept moving and sliding around. I'm an 8-10, 145 lbs for reference. Also, these are sooo soft you can just wear them as shorts any day! I have another pair if interested in two! PINK period items are by far the best and my favorite.
